In most European countries, we face the same workforce problems in the wood and furniture industries, because too few young people choose technical education leading to professions related to the above-mentioned industry sectors. Education in the field of wood and furniture technology has many years of tradition, but at the same time requires, following social and technological development, the introduction of innovative educational methods and tools.
